shipments_shipment_rate

Does anyone know how to seperate the output of the variable shipments_shipment_rate? It contains an entire input tag with all sorts of attributes including shipping type, price, etc...

I am doing a multivendor site that calculates shipping for each vendor. When a user goes to check out, they currently have to choose shipping for each vendor. I am trying to just show a single set of shipping options for the total price shipment
