Discount per category

sorry don't get it and tried to fix this with the istraxx-quantity plugin - but this seems only to work for products?!?

custiomer choose in one category:

9 * product A for 100% price
1* product B for a 100% price

but for 10 products the customer should get 10% off
but for 20 products the customer should get 20% off
but for 50 products the customer should get 30% off

Which meens: "discount per category"

Is this possible and anyone able to tell mehow to di this??
