Istraxx Quantity Plugin Discount Question

Good day, I'm using the Istraxx Quantity plugin that does a great job of offering tiered prices on products.

I am looking to use this plugin for a product that has custom sizes and need the plugin to calculate the discount for a combination of sizes which are custom fields within a product.

Please let me explain.

Shirt Size S £10
Shirt Size M £10
Shirt Size L £10

I have set the plugin to offer a 5% discount for quantites greater than 4.

If a customer purchases 4 x Shirt Size S then the discount of 5% is applied at checkout.

If a customer orders 2 x Size S and 3 x Size M the discount is not applied.

Is there a way to make this work please?

Hi this is a purchased extension. Why not go back to the developer and ask there. They will answer.

Yea, this is purchased extension, I also grab that. It Meets almost 60% purpose, sent ticket two times but did't get a single response, so im here to get a solution.

Queries:
1. 2 types products  >>  bottle & case.
2. bottle has discount, case has no discount as case includes 12 bottles so discount applies there.

Discussions:
--> discount will apply for 12 or more than 12 bottles.
1. 11 bottles > No discount > works fine.
2. 12 bottles > discount applies > works fine
3. 11 bottles + 1 case > it also applies discount though i already assigned case as no discount (virtuemart backend).
4. 12 bottles + 1 Case > applies discount and catch it as 13 bottles.
