Hello,

so I know that this has probably been covered, but I see it has for old versions.  I have the following scenario, used vm to create a shop where my customer can download a digital version of a file. I'm using the http://www.digitollsoftware.com plugin to handle the download of the file.  However, now I can't seem to configure the payment and shipping options.  No matter how many times I check that automatic payment and shipment are selected, I still get the same error on checkout.

currently using: vm 2.0.10 & Joomla 2.5.6

If anybody can point me in the right direction, please let me know.

Your shipment , and payment are not selected?

Yes that is the error that I do not have them selected and I only have one form of payment. I understand that for digital downloads i need to have a dummy shipment.

I've now encountered the following:

The cart being display will sometimes show the shipment option selected, and sometimes it won't show...

This happens on FireFox, Chrome & IE9.

If anybody has any idea, please let me know.

Same issue on J2.5.6/vm2.0.8e - fedex plugin is not selected on cart, looking for a fix.

As we often say, when there is a problem with an extension which is not part of the core, you should contact first the developer.
