Hi Alatak.net,

I bought the USPS module in June and am still not able to figure why it's not working.

Error:
We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order.

I requested my account to be moved to production and also followed the instructions written here:

Is there any way I could get some help?

I solved the problem, I didn't realize that the sample data I am using doesn't have the dimensions and weight data. After populating the data everything worked just fine.

Verify the following:
1. USPS user id
2. Empty Proxy box
3. All items must have dimensions + weight
4. Payment module required

Does every single product in the store have to have a weight?  Or just the product you were testing the shipping module with?
