Hi,

This is urgent! we open tomorrow and i really need to redirect ANY  VM 2.0.7.E login directly to cart.

Plz help!

The problem is that if a client logs throught the cart it take him to editaddresscheckoutBT where i have to login again. Once logged it keeps me in editaddresscheckoutBT and the only way to go to the cart is saving the billing/shipping data.

So clients have to log twice and save their info before buying!

When I click on my "View Cart" link I see only the Joomla login form (which I also published on the cart view) and an empty cart. The VM cart login only shows up when I click on 'Add/Edit Bill To Address'. I can use either one to log in and then select any menu link to the shop to start shopping without having to login a second time.
(I'm using an SVN version, pretty much the same as the 2.0.7f version)

Solved!

In some moment of my life i put the login inside the cart form so the submits buttons got crazy.

Hope it helps to someone with my same mistake.

Try to provide more precise descriptions of what happens when you do do something ...and include the Joomla and VM2 versions you are working with.
Maybe this helps: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=99820.msg330106#msg330106
