Hi guys,
I have the following problem.

I would like to associate an user to a particular group and to ensure that this group has a certain discount on the purchase.

Once the user has been registered I associate him to a group of users and it's ok, but now how do I associate with this group a certain discount.

I would also like to associate this group with some products (eg A and B) or not (eg C) at all so that if you purchase A and B gets a discount if you purchase while C does not.

How I can do this?

thanks to all

estevan83,

hi you can easily do this in versions 2.0.10 ? - joomla version? 1.5?
Just wonder why not update?

estevan83

hello thanks for the immediate response.

I'll proceed with the integration of the new version. The only major problem is that the version in my possession has been customized and now all changes will be lost.
Therefore, I wonder if there is an efficient way to also change the core vm but keep the changes strongly decoupled

Thank you estevan83

Well my answer to that is ?

How much you changed and what setups were made that the new 2.0.10 might contain already. Some changes you might say  that you can drop?
2.0.10 has the ability for you do do overides.  From here what I did was start at 2.0.0 and work up and change - for you I cannot tell what you have - but , but I bet the 2.0.10 version has lots of new - developments that were probably integrated as we went along. So yep back up your site - upgrade test and ask a few posts in the forum. to see if we can solve these quickly. If not you will be stuck on an old version. Best of luck.

You initial question is easy in 2.0.10
