Shipping charges not being added to US orders

Hi guys. I use J2.5.9 with VM2.0.20b and RuposTel OPC2.

I'm experiencing one issue with shipping charges. Currently they all work fine for UK customers but they aren't being added to US orders.

When I log in (using master password) to emulate these orders, the shipping charges are appearing on the check out screen but they seem to be dropped at the point the payment is processed.

Any ideas how I can fix this or if this has happened to anyone else?

This is probably a good questions for RuposTel OPC2, I would also post with them if you have not already done so.
