VIRTUEMART 2 UPS PLUGIN NOT WORKING NO SUPPORT SO FAR EITHER...

I purchased the Virtuemart 2 UPS plugin. Installed and configured properly I still get the message: "We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order."

I sent an email to istraxx or virtumart but its like the forums here a dead end, the pre-sales email was answered in a record time though. Can anyone have the decency to help me get going with this plugin that I purchased. Thanks.

I spent numerous hours with both UPS and corresponding with Virtuemart.  It turns out the user name is case sensitive and I found that I could not have negotiated rates checked, however without it checked it still gives me the negotiated rates.  It's misleading, but it does work for me.  I hope this helps.

What is "negotiated rates"? I do not even see that option.

One thing I can tell you. You must pay attention to product weights.
UPS recognize only pounds not kilogrames.

I have the same error message, until I didnt correct that thing.

Yes i found yesterday why the negociated rates were not working.
I just released a new version plgvm_istraxx_ups_vm2.0.6_1.17.zip
which fixes this issue

UPS recognize only pounds not kilogrames.

This depends on your country. You must select the correct option for this parameter Local Weight Unit
