A few bugs to do with links and Cache

I've found the following bugs, but can't work out why and how to fix them:

• Link to view order in order confirmation email. I get the following after the domain name:

  /index%09%09%09.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=orders&layout=details&order_number=eb34016&order_pass=p_376a6

  No idea why all that junk after index appears. I am using a subfolder under the domain, which is not shown and I've checked that the shop url is correct
• The following error is shown within the text of the order confirmation email :

  Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in /home/path/libraries/joomla/methods.php on line 320

  I don't know what causes that either.
• The link from the cart to the Terms and Conditions generates an empty popup. Where is that link and what is the link to the part of the shop configuration?
• When I use the same browser to register, the confirmation link wont activate the account, until I've cleared the cache in the browser and on the site - that's tiresome.[/li
  
  • Also, when I've logged and then out, I can't register as a different user from the same browser - not even after emptying the cache. It just expects me to login, not to register. Not friendly.[/li
    
  By the way, where exactly is the german language file available to download, as it doesn't appear to be in the language pack?
  
  Software: Joomla 2.5.6 and Virtuemart 2.0.8c
  
  BUT - I feel good about this component and am busy updating a clients site with this.

the first both errors are connected to your environment or a not adjusted layout overwrite.

The TOS is filled in the vendor information (shop edit)

That you cannot register as another user is not a real situation. The reason for this is the cart, keeping your info.
