Feature Development - add a direct button that says - send email "empty stock"

In the shopfront - we already have - "notify me" but that refers to the customer  - I'd like the extra option to turn on - "notify me" and then email the seller when stock is empty>

They do look the same almost - I know we have had some discussions regarding this but - I know the present "notify me works well"" but for me the emails vary - Can't the word "notify me" trigger the email?
