Errors after upgrading

Hi guys!

I've got some problems after upgrading my VM.
This is it.

I had Joomla 1.5.26 and VM 1.0.9 on my website.
First of all I've upgraded VM from 1.0.9 to 2.0.8e and all was ok.
Then I've upgraded Joomla to 1.5.26. After JUpgrade did its job I receive a lots of errors.

As I open VM no menu on the left.
Moreover there are these warnings:

If I go in Products it shows me these errors:
