Shopper's 'Additional Informations' not migrated

Hi Can anyone help please?

I have used the migration tool successfully apart from one thing - the information held on Virtuemart users - (now- 'Shoppers') in the jos_vm_userinfos db has transferred to the new distributed tables (jos_virtuemart_userinfos and jos_virtuemart_vmusers) but the Additional Information is blank, where it previously was not.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this - why the administration back-end interface is not reading the relevant information - and presumably neither will the cart.....
