payment and shipment in cart output problems

Hi, In my cart page, i've got the following weird payment and shipment output going on.
In the bottom left hand corner it says:

Ground ground
Paypal paypal

Where I would think it should say something like
Shipping method: Ground
Payment method: Paypal

So,
In the paypal payment method I changed name to "payment method" and description to "Paypal" which gives the following on the cart page
payment method:  Paypal
Which works for us since we only have one payment method. 
This would be a problem if we had multiple.
