Calcolation rule not applyed if category isn't published

In the version 2.0.8c.

If I set a calculation rule for a category1 and after that I set this category not published, the calculation rule doesn't work, while in vers. 2.0.6 was all ok.

For example I need to create a not published category for set a discounts of my supplier.
