Shopper Fields only visibles in backend

Hello, I need some shopper fields only visibles in backend, and I don't know how to do it...
I tried the options availables in their configuration  (sho in registrations form, show in shipment form, show in account maintenance), but the option show only in backend does0nt exist. How can I do this? Thanks in advance

Hi what example item would only show in the back end? something like Where did you find us? or a small survey item?

Or  a comment on the customer?
