My VM2 Says: You have the latest version 2.0.8c, but I see in
http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files
that there is already a 2.0.8e version!

How come he doesn't see there is a newer version?

Can I safely upgrade directly from 2.0.8c to 2.0.8e? (No patches, no in-betweens?)

Is it in my case prefered to do this manually?
=> Unzip files, open filezilla en overwrite the existing files?

Or can I do this safely via the extensionmanager in the backend of joomla?

(Backup, I know, but I am always a bit afraid with upgrades... :-D)
