Little flag bug

Hi VM Team.

I'm using Virtuemart on PT-br Language, and the language flag doesn't show. It's easy to change:

from what I can see in SVN, the pt-br.png has been there since 11 months already. Maybe it was never included in the updaters.

Yes, always i have to change the flag filename to do this work  .
