Payment method updated by shipment address

Tried to hack this without luck yet:

When a B2B customer choose a shipment address - it also updates the payment method with the chosen country inside shipment !

Makes most logic if payment method stick with the "bill-to" address - will also be the purchaser who pays the bill...

Besides that - this part of VM is outstanding - hope I miss a setting or someone found a simple hack   
Anyone know a solution for this
