VirtueMart2: Different pricing for users in groups and quantities

Hi all,
I'm almost new to VirtueMart and I would like to know if something similar to this can be done with VirtueMart or if I need a plugin or if I need to code one.
What I need to do is this:
1. Every user must register
2. I manually assign a group to that user
3. When the user will do an order the final price will be: <original price> - <group discount> - <quantities discounts> (note that quantities steps are 8 or 10)
4. Just in few cases I need to configure an additional discount for that user only

Thanks to everybody will answer me guiding me to the right way.
