Can some one help, please!!!

hello,
       i have recently started using joomla, 2.5 with VM2.0.6, and was all going well, i had a problem with the ajax on the shooping cart module, but resolved that, then for no reason i can see, everytime i click add to cart on the product it adds it but redirects me to the shopping cart page, does anyone know what the issue is, because it driving me mad, i`ve been at it for over a week now and i cant seem to find the problem.

If you diable the AJAX popup by deselecting "Display modal popup upon 'Add to cart' " then after adding a product you will go immediately to the cart. The AJAX enables you to choose stay in the product category or to go to the cart.

There is a "continue shopping" link on the cart page, so if you want to keep AJAX off then maybe make that link more obvious.

Thanks very much for the advice, however that stops the cart from updating without refreshing the page, is there a way around this?

Check for JavaScript conflicts with your Joomla template or other modules in case that was affecting AJAX.
