UPS shipment

Hi i've prchased UPS shipment US plugin and it gives me error like this:

We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order.

How can i resolve this?

Hi,

UPS requires that you set a weight on your product.
Another possible error is that you may have set some shopper group restriction.

If i put dimensions of the products sold in US in inches and weight in pounds, then this should work?

I also got this error message.   I added a weight for the product and still got the error message.  What do you mean by shopper group restrictions?
