custom fields: can't be deleted (V2.0.6), want color/size options

using: VM 2.0.6, J2.5.4, Template: eshop (gavick, built-in VM).

followed online instructions  in order to get color and size options. Can do a multi option list, no probs. As soon as i want to attach the custom field to the product, it goes all wrong.

once attaching the custom fields, they cannot be deleted anymore (see image, placement is also a bit weird). on the front site, there is no option list visible...

nee serious help, sorry.... :/

Normally the custom field can be deleted in the parent product edit view (This is also the place to delete them in case you have child products) by clicking on the red X icon and then "Save".
If that doesn't work in your case I would try a different template in order to find out if your Gavik template code is the problem.
