Shipping for individual producs Virtuemart 2.0.6

Is there any plugin do you know that can add a shipping method to individual products? I have found some but they only support Virtuemart 1.

I have the same problem. Needs in one category (some products) to permanently assign a shipping option: personal collection. This is related to dimensions of the product. I think it is very important and basic option that some products do not have all the shipping options. I ask someone for help. Sam I am looking for a solution for VirtueMart 2.0.6. I find it to share information. Unfortunately I have not found any plugin or a solution to version 2.0.x running ..

How can one find a plugin / solution linking shipping with the product or category, please do not hesitate to share that information here. Certainly, many people including myself are very pleased

This is your only viable solution that works--I have set it up and it works just like you wish, but it takes into account weight (which can be fictional). It allows you to create categories by weight and set up pricing based on that. E.G. I sell referee cards at 1LB weight and my first rate is $3. If you put up to 3 of those products you will pay 3$ shipping, but the 4th one will bring the next level of Rate 2 I set up at over $5, and so on. Just make sure you don't have any possible gaps in weights, because if your total products lets say add up to 10 LBS, but 10 BL does not fall into any Rate category (e.g 5-15LBS) the shipping will be ZERO. Possibilities are endless here, with little work and number crunching you will have it any way you want! See at my store-- SoccerSuperstoreUSA.com I set up for example the smallest shipping rate for 1-3 LBS at 3$ and the most expensive one Rate 7 at over 21$ (up to 500 LBS).
