I updated the component VM 2.0.8e to release 2.0.10, but I found these problems:

in the product under the "product size and weight," where drive product you can not customize the type of unit, could also be "pieces" where you set?
The "unit box" is no longer working and everything that had been included in the old version is no longer displayed.

Does not display "all" when you select from the appropriate menu drop-down, both in the back-end and front-end

I use Joomla 2.5.6

Dear Sirs
I have the same problem
I am trying to update my site's version vm 2.0.10 for vm 2.0.12 but, I only have error.
When we update the site, the screen fades, becomes unavailable. And all site disappears. The chrome says - we cant find this page.
Can anyone help in this case.
the site is www.cleberrodrigues.com

jenkinhill

cleberrodrigues that suggests a failed update. I assume you have a backup version at 2.0.10 to go back to. Make a copy of that and try the backup again, making sure that the server PHP resources are more than adequate.

Well, now is the same problem, but... to the wampserver.

We update the site on line for VM 2.0.12 f and is working properly, but we can get a backup to install on WAMPSERVER and even does not open any more.

We always build sites in the wampserver and after we upload to the online server...... and now, its doesn't work

what can I do about it?

jenkinhill

I never use localhost for development, always a proper linux server. For WAMP etc you have to max out PHP resources and even then it will run slow because it does not handle caching and will have a relatively slow processor and non-optimised RAM.
