Virtuemart bug (vendor bug)

Hello people!

Today was a horrible day for me, after searching the whole internet and Google, im stuck.
I tried so many things but with no effect. I cant change the valuta of payment in shopper options..
I have tried to change vendor id's and editing the database. but nothing worked for me..

I hope that someone can help me with this because its very irritating..
