Hiding Category description preview in backend

Hello,

I'm using VM 2.0.8e with Joomla! 2.5.4

Editing my categories in the backend get's more and more horrible as every category has a very long description and these descriptions by default are shown in the backend category list as previews in category overwiew which forces me to do a lot of scrolling because the category list gets unnecessarily long.

Is ist possible to hide the preview of the category descriptions in the backend?
