Prices by shopper group sync'd from company ERP

We're using VM 1.1 since many years and we're planning to migrate to VM2, also because we think that support for VM1.1 will go phase-out some day.
The problem is that we're using a script that sync our company ERP with VM 1.1.
In the detail the prices for the products are sync'ed this way: in the ERP we have 4 pricelist corresponding to 4 shopper group on the VM 1.1, and our script sync these prices every night, because for company policy only some persons can update the pricelist on the ERP and the VM must be only an "online" copy of the ERP pricelists/tables.
We see that in VM2 is not possible to do that type of sync, because the prices are calculated with some very nice rules but they are not in the DB, so its impossible to sync.
Any options to have back the old price system in VM2 (maybe with a switch/option) ?
Our IT manager is waving at some other cart product (specially the one with "coloured" name) but  in the dev department we'd like to stay with VM.
Any idea?
