PDF invoice missed in letter VM 2.0.22b

Hello!

When i was do update till VM 2.0.22b, PDF invoice not coming in letter for Customer.
When i try to download PDF from Orders, i can save only some file INVOICES without format...

I was checked status for sending. I was tried to use PHP mail, Sendmail, SMTP. The administrator is the vendor.
I was tried to give premissions for vmfiles catalog 777 and 755.

The result was the same(((
