Can not install Virtuemart 2.0.6

Hello, need help.

after installation Virtuemart 2.0.6 in Joomla 2.5.4 I'm in the backend of the shop, I can configure everything.
When I go out of the shop Virtuemart  is not shown in component.
In Jos_extension in MySQl database and jos_menu the component is not visible.
In Extensions > Manage > the component is shown.
I have created a new menu item > Menu typ select > all is available from Virtuemart.
Menu item in the frontend is not visible
Uninstalled and reinstalled several times does not work!

Can someone help me?
