Database Error after update to VM 2.0.4

Seemed that this error happen time update.

After I fixed this issue in mysql, responded the 23 changes was skipped.

Will it trouble my website? Could I do something to avoid this happen again?

Sorry, I have no clue,

this is joomla stuff, we have our own tableupdater (or did they just used ours?).
