Order has been deleted, but the products are still ordered

J2.5.4, VM2.0.3 I, standart template

Is it a bug or feature?

1. Make an order.
2. Don`t change its status (remains as Pending).
3. Delete this order.
4. Look at the amount of products: there are still ordered!

So the questions are:

A. Is it a bug?
B. It`s not a bug, but we have to cancel the order FIRST, then delete it, havn`t we?
