Problem changing currency to US

I went through the currency options and disabled everything except US dollar but I still see the euro symbol - Im not sure what to do at this point.

For example

That sometimes happens because you have not changed the shop currency here.

Shop>>shop>> currency . It is on the top right of the shop page - Change them both then have a look at your live site.
