Title: unable to pay an order

Hi all,

i'm a new user of Virtuemart.
I've installed VM2.0.2 on Jommla 1.6.3

Today, a customer has bought a product.
During payment process with Paypal, he lost his Internet connection.

In the account management, he can see his order.
In the detailed order, there isn't any button to pay the order.

How to have a payment button in the detailed order ?
