Hi,
when I try to register through "My Account" of VM, I am constantly kept on asking for a name. I filled out all fields. Please see screenshot...

Please try a fresh install with sampledata and the standard template, it works. Always when I tried to find that error for other people it was their template override or misconfigured shopper fields.
