Title: aio payments and shipping not there

I installed the AIO. It shows it is there yet in shipping and payment there aren't any items listed here.

You maybe have not created the payment/billing metods? See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=99406.msg328296#msg328296

And the same for billing. They won't appear until created and saved.
