I've discoverd some translations missing in the dutch pack.
I'v added 2 rules in nl-NL.com_virtuemart.ini
COM_VIRTUEMART_ORDER_PRINT_BILL_TO_LBL="Versturen naar"
COM_VIRTUEMART_ORDER_PRINT_SHIP_TO_LBL="Verzenden naar"
as well as:
COM_VIRTUEMART_REGISTRATION_FORM_DR="Dhr."
COM_VIRTUEMART_REGISTRATION_FORM_MR="Mnr."
COM_VIRTUEMART_REGISTRATION_FORM_MRS="Mevr."
COM_VIRTUEMART_REGISTRATION_FORM_NONE="none"
COM_VIRTUEMART_REGISTRATION_FORM_PROF="Prof."
The were missing and therefore the english (or other standaard language was shown)

I wonder what version of VM2 you are using. The keys with a title were removed from the language files long time ago.
These are all missing in the 2.0 nl-pack
Today i found that this rule is missing from the dutch language ini ( nl-NL.com_virtuemart.ini )
