Hi, I have a VM2.0.2 site running on J2.5.1. I had to migrate the site all the way up from J1.0 and VM1.4 but we got there after a lot of trial and error!
Almost everything is perfect except only about half the thumbnail images are showing in the category view. Here's an example of what I mean

The full size and resized images are definitely on the server in the right directory location. If you look at the attached screenshot, you can see the missing files are listed (and I can click on them to actually bring them up in the browser and view them).
Now I've tried the tool to synchronise the media files and as you can see from the screenshot, everything is published.
Any suggestions what I can do to get these thumbnails visible as they should be?

I am having asimilar problem , all images are in the media manager but the thumbnails are not showing on the site
I have just looked at the j17_virtuemart_medias table and noticed that in the file_url_thumb column, that the values are missing in about half my records. This is obviously why I can't see all the thumbnails on the website.
Problem is, how to fix this? I'm missing about 450 thumbnails so hand editing is a big ask. I just tried the migration tool again but no joy.
Any suggestions? Is there an sql command I could use to populate the correct thumbnail url in the file_url_thumb column?

OMG, that fixed it! I was starting down the path of manually fixing each product entry!!!!
