I created a menu item of type" Product Details Layout" and get this error when viewing the page:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /usr/local/www/vhosts/{website}/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/models/user.php on line 129

I get the same error if I use type "Category"

You will have to go into your server files and find this line : 129 and replace it
