Title: Where is the payment list?

I can't understand this exension. I don't know if it changed so much between the versions but I have seen some tips and I can't find it in my version. Where is the payment and shipping list. When I open the payment option it is empty.
Someone could help me to undertand?

Payment and shipping uses plugins now.

Go to payment method menu on left

Choose "new" fill in the config.

Same with shipping.

I found it and I did for Paypal but it didn't have other options for credit card. Do I have to use different plugins?

Payzen and Authorize.net plugins are also included in VM2.0.2 and other plugins are available, eg http://virtuemart.cloudaccess.net/extensions-virtuemart-2/payments
