I'm having trouble figuring something out. How do I like to a product using a specific layout, without changing the products layout?
I'm trying to build some AJAX tooltip for product links in articles. The tooltip would display a very streamlined layout of the product - mostly just an image and the prices. The link itself would jump to the full details page in the normal layout.
There's some other uses of template I'd like to try - flypages and the like - but I can't for the life of me figure out how to link to product using a different template than the one specified on the product. Is this even possible?
