A looking to see if there is a way to set up virtumart to be able to have parents register their children in a hockey league.
There are certain requirements I would need. I would need to be able to ask the parents questions based on child experience. they would also need to enter the childs name
ex. parent info
- then select division
- add childs name
- answer questions
