Title: Payment Methods - Admin Error

Hello,

I just installed VM 2.0.0 on a J! 2.5.1 install and have an issue when I try to create a new Payment Method.
When the New button is clicked I am directed to administrator/index.php the page displays VM menus in a list only with no formatting and at the bottom of the screen is an error: Fatal error: Call to a member function getListFooter() on a non-object in administrator/components/com_virtuemart/views/paymentmethod/tmpl/default.php on line 122.

Line 122 is: <?php echo $this->pagination->getListFooter(); ?>
