Hi
i couldn't find anywere about this so:

How to disable (so it never ask and never disturb client) the check box and sign of Terms of Service and any relation of client in future with that? (sorry for my english=)

virtuemart ---> configuration ---> checkout (the 5th tab) ---> find there your option to remove the check box and sign of Terms of Service from the check out page

another solution to disable the showing of terms and service in registration form:

if you have phpMyAdmin oder another MysqlFrontend look for a table called yourtableprefix_virtuemart_userfields. In this table you´ll find all userfields. Edit the userfield named "agreed" and set the field "account to 0", thats it.
