Title: BUG. Product rating stars not shown in 2.0.1e/f and still not fixed in K

On FE product details only a number shows for reviewers rating, no star symbols. Also this issue is present on the demo - see http://virtuemart2-demo.frefeldigital.com/en/component/virtuemart/view/productdetails/virtuemart_product_id/18/virtuemart_category_id/1.html

Same bug present in 2.0.1f on J2.5.1

It works just fine for me on VM2.0.1h, both with the regular displaying aswell as the actuall writing of a review.

- Edit: The only place it's not displaying on my site is in the product catagory view, i just see the text about the average score and nothing else.

Right, I switched from Beez, my test template to Shape5 Sienna and the rating stars display. Now to start trying to find out why.
