Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a Virtueamart issue, but as it only happens using Virtuemart I thought I'd start here!

When adding a new product, and specifically when uploading an image, the process all goes through ok, but when you then go to the store front, the image in the lightbox doesn't load, and if you go into the product the image also doesn't show in there.

I've investigated this, and have found that the everyone permission is not being applied to the image on my server when the file is uploaded. If I add the permission manually then all is well and the images will show.

I'm using J 1.7.3 with the latest version of Virtuemart - and my server is Windows 2008 server, with IIS 7.

Does anybody know why this would do this?

Hi,

Turns out this is a php issue with windows and copying of file permissions.

All sorted now.

Please excuse my ignorance but i have the same problem but am not sure exactly how you would have resolved it. Would you be able to give more details?
