In most cases, the new button won't work. Exactly, when I try to add new product category, Shipping method, Payment method and so on. When I click on the new button, the form is not loaded, only a static page is generated (something like http://<URI>/index.php without any parameter). No error messages. Why this happening? Actually, I cannot provide a working URL to show this error, because is on XAMPP sever.

standard problem
either you use j2.5, or you have a jquery conflict, or both. Please search in the forum
