Thank you for the terrific product
I am running into difficulty with the states/provinces/regions drop down menu in the billing & shipping info pages
When a country is selected prior, none of the regions show in the list
This occurs on both registered and unregistered accounts
"Using the Script ajax Countries / Regions" is set to on
This also results in a taxation issue as customer regions are undefined
I am running Joomla 1.73

I too am enjoying building my store with VM 2.0, Running Joomla 1.5
I am having a simular problem, when a customer returns to the cart their state may not be shown ( is disappears after a while from their profile info displayed n the cart), then ( if the customer notices) when trying to select the state you have to change the country to another then back to have the state catagory activate. Since we charge tax by state this will cause an error for payment.

I Solved this issue by disabling the modalizer plugin in the plugin manager.

modalizer plugin - what is it? where is it? I have not found this in plug-ins.

I spent a whole day trying to figure this out researching to the ends of the internet! I don't think I ever would if I hand't read your post!
Come to find out, my issue got fixed when i disabled Modalizer - NoNumber! It fixed other issues I was having with my lightbox functionality in VM.
