Title: Problem with add to cart button - popup window

Hi,

This is my first post on this forum. I'm usung VM 2.0 and Joomla 1.7. Actually everything is ok. But I have a little problem with 'add to cart" button. When I click on it, the popup window doesn't appear, actually nothing happend. But after that when i go to order cart the product is added.

I didn't found the answer for my problem. Please help me.

Hello the popup its all white?
there are a little cross on the corner top-right
You can see it do it like selecting text for all popup with the mouse..
Try another template and check it

basia12, something is preventing AJAX from working - maybe the gantry code in your template. Try with Beez template, without gantry.

I changed template and the problem didn't desappear.

In case you tested this with IE make sure you clear the browser cache before testing a different template to avoid IE's AJAX caching issue.
