I am a .net developer and new to virtuemart and generally to Joomla. I would like to ask a question about virtuemart. Can i upload products and any other information i want to virtuemart database from mssql with .net project???Is this possible ? I am looking about 2-3 days for this and the only thing i found is a plugin to joomla with webservices, the problem is that it's a little bit complicated (examples with javascript,php,flash/flex only ).

I've developed a SAP Business One addon that directly imports in VirtueMart categories, manufacturers and products from SAP using this component. It works very well and have an excellent support.
